Lamar came out to my house yesterday (October 20th, 2025) and he was awesome. Extremely friendly and listened to what was going on with my washer. Within 10 minutes he knew what was wrong. Gave me some great advice on how to best repair the machine. This was the best service call I've ever had. Friendly, listened, respectful. Lamar is absolutely the BEST! Had a problem with my Samsung washer not unlocking after it finished a cycle. I tried many of the suggestions on YouTube and Google but nothing worked. Didn't realize it had unlocked on its own when Lamar arrived. He still did a few "tests" to make sure the problem was resolved. Such a great man with ethics not seen in today's society!
